How can we help?
For the quickest answer, include your device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Never email a recording or sensitive health information.
Common questions
Rehear cannot access my microphone.
Open your device Settings, find Rehear, and enable Microphone access. Return to Rehear and try the exercise again. If the permission is already enabled, restart the app.
Analysis did not finish.
Check your connection and retry the same recording. If the issue continues, note the exercise name and approximate time, then contact support. Your locally saved practice data will remain on the device.
How do I restore a subscription?
Open Rehear Settings and choose Manage subscription or Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed into the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Open your device’s App Store or Play Store subscription settings and cancel Rehear there. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
How do I delete my recordings and progress?
In Rehear, open Settings and choose Delete local data. Confirming removes progress and app-owned recordings from that device. This cannot be undone and does not cancel a subscription.
What should I do if singing hurts?
Stop the exercise and rest. Rehear is not medical advice. If pain, breathing trouble, or hoarseness persists, consider a qualified teacher, speech-language pathologist, clinician, or physician.
